Utopia Angel Stinks

After spending 2 weeks on this little issue, I recoded over 10,000 lines of code to be more stream lined, Worked on the server to make it faster, Reorganized the Database to make it post and retrieve much faster, and cleared out about 100 Database calls per user during the user being logged in.
I must say that I worked really hard on this issue and while it took two weeks thinking that the code was unstable in some sort of way, It really wasn’t. Well it was, but ive made huge strides in the past 2 weeks I never thought possible.
After looking hard at my server logs, I realized one thing. Utopia Angel Stinks.
Not really in a bad way. The Angel submissions have gotten soo backed up that I was getting over 400 requests for Pimp in ONE second from Angel. All of your Angel Tools were trying to submit to Utopia at one time. WOW. Well, not knowing it, but my server can no way, no how handle that sort of load. Im just not that big enough and the server isn’t that fast enough.
So right now, I am clearing out all of your queues to hit UtopiaPimp. I imagine with how backed up it is… 2 weeks worth of data, that this will take almost 2 days to get cleared out making sure you all login and submit angel data…
So as of right now, pimp should be clearing your Angel caches while NOT storing any data. I will then re-enable Angel to make the sends work.
So lets hope this fixes the entire Utopia pimp issue.
